Placing an Order:
-We try to keep products on hand, because each item is made by hand one at a time items not in stock will be made once your order is received and shipped as soon as possible.
-Sales tax of 6.75% will be added to residents of Utah.
-Items are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
-You will receive a confirmation and receipt of your order via email.
-You will receive an email notice once your order has been shipped.
-If you have a custom request for an item contact us before placing your order.
Return Policy*:
-Our goal is for 100% satisfaction guarantee.
-After receiving your order, if you find that there is a problem or an issue that arises please contact us right away.
-If you find that you need to return your item, return the item within 30 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be in original like new condition.
-You will receive a full refund for returned items minus shipping costs.
-You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
*NO returns or refunds on custom projects.
Care:
-The look of any metal item can change over time do to the elements inside and outside. To help protect your product you will need to apply a recommended wax, oil or other protective coating on a regular basis.
-If cleaning is necessary we recommend only hand washing, wipe dry and apply a protective coating.
-Knives should be stored in their own container away from other items to protect the edge of the knife and kept dry after use.

Class Policy:
-Hobble Creek Forge reserves the right to cancel classes. In the event that Hobble Creek Forge cancels paid tuition will be fully refunded. If you cancel your registration with at least one week's notice, all tuition will be refunded. If you cancel your registration less than a week before the class or fail to attend a class, Hobble Creek Forge may retain 40% of your paid tuition and the remainder will be refunded.
-Registration for classes is on a first come basis. After contacting Hobble Creek Forge for availability, a spot will be held for seven days from the time an invoice for payment is sent. Payment in full is required seven days from the date the invoice is sent. If payment is not received within seven days of when the invoice is sent the reserved spot will be opened back up.

-ALL information submitted to Hobble Creek Forge will NEVER be shared or sold to anyone else.
